Train, Place and Connect. JLP is a professional development and capacity building organization that connects emerging leaders from BIPOC communities in the Greater St. Cloud area with skill-building opportunities resources mentorship and networking support to help them identify aspirations or barriers they want to address and then to engage through membership on boards commissions and other community groups to affect positive change and increase diversity equity and inclusion in local organizations and the community at large.
