A non-profit designed to help first responders destress and decompress from their stressful jobs! We are organize retreat days to take responders out for a boat day on our local lakes and have them get one on one surf lessons and let the power water relax their mind when they are Knot On Call!

We understand the immense stress they carry which is why we create opportunities for them to step away recharge and reclaim their wellbeing. Through our experiences on the water we offer a chance to reset both body and mind ensuring they return to their calling with renewed strength and resilience. Mental Health and Wellness come in many forms and can be addressed in numerous ways.
