Including for such purposes making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. To assist high school seniors with furthering their educational goals with scholarships. To assist underprivileged families with children during Christmas with toys and a Christmas meal. Organization is comprised of non-paid board members who volunteer their time and expertise to carry out our mission. Each year with the help of businesses and volunteers we help over 100 kids with Christmas toys and a Christmas meal every December.
