EQUALITY STATE POLICY CENTER
Section 7 of Wyoming's Declaration of Rights covers absolute, arbitrary power. This section requires that our state be governed by established laws, not by the arbitrary whims of any person or group. Much like Section 6, this is to limit the government's power over those it serves.
