Wonder Dogs is unique in that we do not have a physical shelter. Instead, we are 100% volunteer run by foster families who take dogs into our homes until adoption. This allows us to provide a more stable environment for each dog within our care. Our mission is to decrease the Miami Valley region’s companion animal homelessness and euthanasia rate through education, assistance with veterinary care for community members, and by fostering and ultimately finding homes for adoptable dogs.

Dogs are suffering due to overpopulation neglect abuse and homelessness with city and county officials doing little to help. We may be small but our will to help is fierce and we will fight for the dogs that others have abandoned. Wonder Dogs Rescue39s mission is to decrease the Miami Valley regions companion animal homelessness and euthanasia rate through education assistance with veterinary care for community members and by fostering and ultimately finding homes for adoptable dogs.
