Back in 2019 our NonProfit Organization realized that the lack of responsible leadership is harming many nonprofits across the nation. People assume board positions without proper training to assume their roles or even a basic understanding of what duties and responsibilities accompany their office. That is why we ultimately decided to launch the National Leadership Development Institute.
