The National Leadership Development Institute (NLDI) was founded to address a void in the lack of inclusion of minorities on nonprofit boards. We focus on professional development in the areas of board member duties, roles, responsibilities, and accountability; parliamentary law and procedure; and nonprofit law. This is done in a comfortable, non-threatening environment where our current and future nonprofit volunteer leaders can master the foundation of good governance.

That is why we ultimately decided to launch the National Leadership Development Institute.
