MISSION STATEMENT:THE ORGANIZATION IS MADE UP OF CARING INDIVIDUALS WHO SHARE A COMMON MISSION. THE MISSION IS TO PROVIDE AN ONGOING FORUM OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND THE EXCHANGE OF IDEAS BETWEEN THE WIDE SPECTRUM OF HOSPITAL STAFF, SUPPLIERS, AND REGULATORS. THIS EDUCATION AND EXCHANGE OF IDEAS HELP PROMOTE MORE COST EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT HOSPITAL OPERATIONS AND SYSTEMS, WHICH RESULTS IN CLEANER, SAFER, AND HEALTHIER FACILITIES FOR PATIENTS, STAFF, AND THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITY.THE ORGANIZATION ACCOMPLISHES THIS MISSION WITH SEVERAL FREE TRAINING CONFERENCES AND WORKSHOPS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. He embarked on a quest to create an organization that could more effectively engage Environmental Services directors and managers to share best practices and keep them apprised of new developments in the cleaning and infection control arenas.
