Home Youth Leadership Program SpeaktoLead a 501c3 nonprofit organization is a Youth Leadership Program YLP Training Program that gives youths of today a forum to improve public speaking and leadership skills using a projectbased learning approach using creative avenues to make a positive impact to the community. The main focus areas of the program are public speaking leadership and giving back to the community. We believe kids learn faster and can relate better to mentors who have had similar exposure to their experiences. Keeping that in mind apart from adult mentors with industry experiences in our team we also have high school mentors.
