Stop Intoxicated Boating - Y-Not Project Our Mission The YnoT Project is a nonprofit organizationhonoring Tony Borciadedicated to stopping intoxicated boaters and providing financial assistance to victims of intoxicated boaters and other motorists. The Lake County Sheriff Marine Unit dedicated its new patrol boat made possible by the Ynot Project to Tony Borcia on July 31 2024. Read the full story here.
