Our Mission: We teach an integrated model for the care and education of infants and the very young using Magda Gerber’s respectful Educaring® Approach. Resources for Infant Educarers® (RIE®) is an international, non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of infant care and education around the globe through a variety of classes, workshops, conferences, certification, and mentoring opportunities that support adults and babies in their lives together. Helen Zhang first discovered the Educaring® Approach when her daughter was born, and it changed her life. What began as a parenting tool soon became her compass, guiding her through caregiving in childcare centers and inspiring her to deepen her learning through RIE® professional development, basic Pikler training, and Waldorf studies. Today, Helen supports infants and toddlers with calm presence, curiosity, and a profound respect for their process of becoming.
