Home Page Fraternal Order of Police FCU A Credit Union founded by a Police Officer We were incorporated in 1941 by a Police Officer who started loaning money out of his desk drawer. He started this credit union to give officers a financial institution that could understand and work with people in law enforcement. That same personal service that began in 1941 continues today. We have staff and board members who either are were or have a family member in law enforcement.
