Youth POWER Programming Transform Dallas Food Distribution Workforce Development Prison Reentry Financial Empowerment Neighborhood Support Leadership Centers Our Impact For over three decades DLF has demonstrated that three building blocks are critical in making sustained gains in challenged communities 15635 community members served in 2023 197 men in 2023 received workforce development programing including job readiness and job training leading to living wage jobs. 1032 youth identified trained and prepared from elementary through high school to lead today as well as in the future.

Dallas Leadership Foundation (DLF) is proud to announce it has been awarded a $10,000 grant from the Texas Bar Foundation to support its Reentry Workforce Development Program. This funding will directly support post-release individuals by providing construction certification training, life skills development and career pathways that promote economic stability and reduce recidivism. #DLFTX #TexasBarFoundation #WorkforceDevelopment #Nonprofit #Grant.
