Combating environmental deterioration attributable to construction and demolition debris by reclaiming and diverting usable building materials from Oregon landfills. 3. Providing job training for low-income individuals in Douglas County, OR, including participants in Temporary Aid to Needy Families (TANF) and formerly incarcerated individuals. 4. Promoting the retention of affordable housing through the maintenance and rehabilitation of structures utilizing salvaged building materials.
