The Austin Baptist Chapel is a 501-(c)(3) corporation organized under the State of Texas. Much like a church, we have a seven-member Board of Directors that oversees the decision-making of current needs, financial matters, and ensures the Chapel ministry accomplishes our stated mission. We serve breakfast at 9:30am Monday-Friday ​Saturdays and Sundays at 8:45am followed with worship service and sermon. A prayer of thanksgiving always begins the mealtime at 11 AM daily. Lunch is from 11am-12:30pm sharp ​We offer showers every day except Sundays because of church service. The Soup Kitchen is a human service organization of caring and loving people. We serve the poor who suffer from the lack of basic human needs
