Task Force 109 Forging prosperous and resilient rural Missouri communities through public charity tailored to individual communities We foster collaboration between existing community resources so that they can build the ladders of success through cooperation. Fellow students and friends at the University of Missouri we left the state to serve in the armed forces. Weve returned with a passion for serving the rural communities of Missouri where we grew up. The best way to ensure community success is to provide the steps of the ladder onto which the ambitious will climb.
