Lockport CARES, Inc. provides short-term emergency shelter for adults over 18 and children with a parent or guardian. Hours 6:00pm entry and 9:00am exit each day. Lockport C.A.R.E.S., Inc - Emergency Homeless Shelter In response to God's love shown to us through Jesus Christ, Lockport CARES opens its doors to women, men and families with children who find themselves in need by providing emergency shelter, material needs and compassionate care with dignity and respect. Lockport C.A.R.E.S., Inc - Living Well Program To provide all women, teenage through adult, with instruction and hands-on learning in basic life skills while offering them the opportunity to feel, see and know the love of Christ.
