Make a Donation Louisville Rising is a nonprofit that organizes fundraising projects and puts dollars directly into the pockets of local businesses and individuals who need support. Initiallyset up to support the pandemic and shut down however much of the efforts are now related to supporting Marshall Fire families. Any business individual or group can apply for funds where a needexists.
