Kindness Creators Intergenerational Program is a not for profit program that brings preschool aged children and seniors together to share in daily activities. We create positive social/emotional connections between generations. Kindness Creators brings generations together while fostering a strong social and emotional well-being within children and seniors. Seniors and preschool age children will share in daily activities to create a unique bond that will last a lifetime. Through daily interactions, children learn patience, acceptance, social maturity, and in some cases, higher academic performance, while seniors gain a stronger emotional, physical and mental health. . Interacting with older adults enables young children to develop communication skills, problem solving abilities, social networks, positive attitudes toward aging and a sense of purpose and community service. This leads to a future fighting ageism.
