The North Carolina Institute for Spiritual Direction and Formation is a spiritual community devoted to helping people from all walks of life develop a deeper, richer, and more authentic relationship with God and self. Our organization focuses on equipping those called to the charism of spiritual direction through a 2-year course of study, as well as offering programs to our broader community which focus on spiritual formation. We encourage deeper ways of knowing God through time honored spiritual disciplines and practices that emphasize three centered awareness of mind, heart, and body.
