Our mission is simple: to financially support Black founders who are creating learning systems that accelerate the ways we learn. During this journey, we’ve discovered a significant roadblock for these burgeoning innovators: a lack of access to “Friends & Family” capital to even get started. As entrepreneurs ourselves, we have struggled through the immensely difficult "Zero to One" stage of launching a business...and acknowledge that the challenge is even greater for Founders of color. We are passionate about supporting Black entrepreneurs in EdTech...and are committed to creating an institutional solution to eliminate the inequities around access to early stage capital for people of color.
