Our Why Today nearly half of LGBTQIA workers report experiencing some form of unfair treatment at work in their lives. Trans individuals are twice as likely to experience job denial or discrimination. In their lifetime 17 of LGBTQIA people report being homeless at some point in their lives compared to 6 of the general population.
