Our Why Today, nearly half of LGBTQIA+ workers report experiencing some form of unfair treatment at work in their lives. Trans individuals are twice as likely to experience job denial or discrimination. In their lifetime, 17% of LGBTQIA+ people report being homeless at some point in their lives, compared to 6% of the general population.
