Welcome to PARC. Formed by parents for parents, we provide financial aid support for families with children aged 5-17 diagnosed with mental health issues. The PARC Foundation’s Mission is to provide fast, less-restrictive financial aid support for parents (and organizations assisting parents) of children aged 5-17 that are diagnosed with mental health issues, particularly ADHD, ODD and Bi-Polar disorders.
