Arizona Emergency Medical Systems AEMS AEMS is a communitybased volunteer organization committed to enhancing emergency medical services EMS and trauma care for the Central Arizona region encompassing Maricopa Pinal and Gila counties. As a 501c3 nonprofit AEMS has been fostering collaboration among healthcare professionals including physicians nurses EMTs paramedics and hospital administrators since 1975.
