Brotherhood for the Fallen was started by a group of Chicago Police Department officers in 2010. Since then, chapters have been started in New York, New York, Suffolk County, New York, Aurora, Colorado, Forth Worth, Texas, and Boston, Massachusetts. After the tragic murder of 5 Dallas area officers on July 7, 2016, we were introduced to the Brotherhood when the existing chapters sent over 75 officers to the funerals of our fallen brothers. After we personally felt the impact of their mission, we felt strongly the call to serve other departments and families of fallen officers in the same manner.
