Amazing Care Charitable Foundation
The Foundation is passionate about helping seniors and their families find and use resources to enable aging with grace, independence and control. We promote informed decision-making to seniors and their families on a range of topics from care-giving to end-of-life care through webinars and in-person seminars/luncheons/meetings. We provide access to curated networks of retired physicians (called Physician-friends-of-the-family) as well as clinical pharmacists and counselors who provide compassionate counseling to patients and their families. We also provide financial assistance on to pay for short-term care-giving support. We believe that aging well is a group event, and in the company of family and friends, we can all age with grace and purpose!
