Toby Centers help children thrive through family focused programs as supervised visitation, reunific THE MISSION IS TO: The Toby Center was founded in 2008 to improve child outcomes when parents separate. This is accomplished by providing affordable child reunification services as supervised visitation, family therapy, neutral child exchange and parenting education for children in temporary foster care (25%) and those subject to child custody awards in family court (75%). The important goals for the Toby Center is to assure that these court ordered services are afforded to all residents of metropolitan areas regardless of ability to pay for these services. The Toby Center program provides psycho-social child centered court ordered visitation and therapeutic services to help family members cope and children thrive through the challenges of parental separation, divorce and child custody.
