We educate and organize our community to enhance mental wellness for all Hawaiis people. Through our leadership we expand mental health awareness understanding and action. We continue to be proactive in advocating for the needs of people with mental illness including children and youth adults elders and their families at the legislature state agencies and in the media.

Last week, we taught over 220 students at King Kekaulike, Iao Intermediate, and Maui High School our self care tips for youth. During the trainings, students were taught eight essential self-care tips to become more resilient and improve their mental health. Big MAHALO to the amazing Maui teachers and staff who helped facilitate these trainings and we hope to see you next school year.
