To increase AWARENESS about the plight of the Spanish greyhound, the Galgo and the Ibizan hound, the Podenco both used for the sport of hunting hares, and many face a grim future.
To promote ADVOCACY for laws to protect these elegant creatures, thousands of which are killed, tortured or abandoned in Spain each year.
To encourage ADOPTION of the hundreds of dogs rescued each year, because Galgos and Pods make great pets.
To create and sponsor fundraisers benefiting the other grass roots animal rescue organizations both in the US and abroad.
