Matthew 2536 OUR VISION Since 2007 Pete and Sandy Quinonez Founders and Directors of BPM have been dedicated to decreasing the revolving door of recidivism by providing needed guidance and support and by sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ teaching and encouraging prisoners and exprisoners to live a Christ centered life and become a productive member of society.
