Helping the Next Generation Starts with you Learn More We provide opportunities for the future. Established in 1973 the Casper Area Education Foundation CAEF benefits the children of Natrona County. Through the generosity of Casper area business civic organizations and individuals CAEF helps dozens of students pay for college supports innovative educational programs in the Natrona County School District and establishes selfsustaining charitable programs. We are a taxexempt 501c3 organization that welcomes donations and contributions from throughout the community.
