The Texas Higher Education Foundation serves as a supporting organization for the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, and trustees and staff are dedicated to raising awareness and financial support to meet the goals of the state’s higher education strategic plan, Building a Talent Strong Texas The Coordinating Board promotes access, affordability, excellence, success, and cost efficiency in the state’s institutions of higher education, resulting in a globally competitive workforce that positions Texas as an international leader in an increasingly complex world economy.
