Improving the lives of girls and women in our local community and throughout the world! The mission of Soroptimist International of Pleasanton Dublin is to improve the lives of women and girls through programs leading to social and economic empowerment. We accomplish our mission by celebrating young women between the ages of 14-17 via our Violet Richardson Award, we also provide financial grants annually via our national program, the Women's Opportunity Award, as well as, our local program, the Dale Vaughn Bowen Award. We also help fund the Founders Region Fellowship Program that provides financial grants to women pursuing their doctorate degree. And, annually we look to fund or help support other local organizations with donations such as: Tri-Valley Haven, Operation SAM and others. And, we have fun doing it!
