It’s official! Our APRN bill, HB2298 is LAW! We passed the override in both chambers! (fb)
The Governor is poised to take action on HB2298, the APRN bill. This bill passed both the House and Senate by overwhelming margins. HB2298 removes artificial restrictions on the practice and licensure of APRNs. Oklahoma has historically allowed the severe restraint of trade of APRN practice, preventing them from practicing to the full extent of their education, training, clinical experience and licensure.
