Latino Employees Organization LONG BEACH LATINO EMPLOYEES ORGANIZATION Empowering Maintaining a Network of Latino Professionals Empowering Maintaining a Network of Latino Professionals Empowering Maintaining a Network of Latino Professionals ABOUT US The Latino Employees Organization LEO was founded in 2015 by a passionate and committed group of City of Long Beach Employees who generously volunteered their time to spearhead the organization. Today as a 501c3 nonprofit organization LEO comprises a diverse and dedicated group that continues leading the organizations mission forward with their leadership and active participation. LEO is an inclusive and vibrant community with a President Vice President Treasurer Secretary and 13 board members assigned to various committees. With a commitment to fostering growth and connections LEO holds monthly meetings where members engage in discussions about important topics such as professional development health wellness mentorship arts and culture.
