RepresentWomen is a research hub focused on innovative systems strategies to advance women’s representation so more women Run, Win, Serve, and Lead! RepresentWomen advocates for systemic approaches to advance women's representation and leadership by working with allies to win gender parity for all women. RepresentWomen’s mission is to strengthen our democracy by advancing reforms that break down barriers to ensure more women can run, win, serve, and lead. Even following several "record"-breaking election cycles for women candidates, women continue to be underrepresented at every level of elected office. More women in elected and appointed positions at every level of government will strengthen our democracy by making it more representative, reviving bi-partisanship and collaboration, improving the deliberative process, encouraging a new style of leadership, and building greater trust in government. Institutional reforms have led to the election of more women around the globe. For the United States to lead on women's equality, we need innovative strategies that change institutions.
