Collaborating to ensure Montgomery Countys children thrive The Childrens Opportunity Alliance connects our community to build an equitable accessible highquality and sustainable early childhood system that narrows disparities and puts all young children on a path to reach their greatest potential. Since 2016 the Childrens Opportunity Alliance previously the Childrens Opportunity Fund has partnered with county government schools philanthropy communitybased organizations and local businesses to solve systemic challenges and close the opportunity gap for historically marginalized children and their families in Montgomery County. Join the Alliance Support the Childrens Opportunity Alliances vision of a Montgomery County in which every young child has an equitable start in life. The Montgomery County Childrens Opportunity Alliance is the Early Care and Education Coordinating Entity for Montgomery County MD.
