CNY In The Desert Golden Catalyst presents Chinese New Year known as the Spring Festival in China Tet New Year in Vietnam and Seollal in Korea is the most important holiday in these cultures. Over the past 13 years Chinese New Year in the Desert has grown significantly expanding its program across various city venues. The success of our event is largely thanks to the generous support from sponsors and donors including Jamba inside the Las Vegas Airport who proudly supported this years festival. Now in its fourteenth year Chinese New Year in the Desert has transformed from a cultural gathering into an officially recognized Nevada 150 event.
