Your Success Matters VETERANS MOLDING MINDS IS HERE TO SERVE Get Started Now Welcome To Veterans Molding Minds REINTEGRATE SERVE EMPOWER Who We Are Veterans Molding Minds VMM is a premier Mental Health Advocate program now in strategic partnership with the Douglas County Community Services Board CSB dedicated to empowering individuals through comprehensive mental wellness support workforce development and life skills training. A cornerstone of our mission is Concord Pathways Institute a transformative initiative that prepares individuals for meaningful roles as Concord Navigators. Since 2017 VMM has transformed the lives of over 3000 youth atrisk youth lowincome individuals and Returning Citizens in the Atlanta metro area achieving a 90 job placement rate for vocational training graduates. We have also supported over 500 Veterans with job placement mentorship VA assistance ID services and solutions for daily challenges.
