The Leadership Engagement Opportunity (LEO) Fund is a non-profit organization that works in collaboration with community organizations in Cali, Colombia. The LEO Fund supports programs, projects and initiatives that allow for the growth and sustainability of processes that positively impact communities, transforming issues that affect the lives of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged.
