The Leadership Engagement Opportunity (LEO) Fund is a non-profit organization that works in collaboration with community organizations in Cali, Colombia. The LEO Fund supports programs, projects and initiatives that allow for the growth and sustainability of processes that positively impact communities, transforming issues that affect the lives of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged. We do this by... 1. Strengthening communities through the support of civil society organizations (CSOs) and empowering those who participate in them. 2. Recognizing the transformational process that occurs in relationships that honor the humanity of another. 3. Working with our partners as equals, while operating in the background to intentionally keep the focus on those who know best how to build their own communities. 4. Valuing cultural diversity, perspective, life choice and the experiences.
