OUR STORY Black Boys Leadership Alliance for Change BBLAC is a collective of minority leaders and innovators providing support through strategic programming for Black and Brown male youth. To address the disparities and injustices caused and exacerbated by racism BBLAC is designed to encourage Black and Brown young men through transformative initiatives that will foster profound discourse and reset social norms. OUR PROGRAMS Our programs incorporate academic social and emotional approaches to empower young men to become thought leaders innovators scholars and fierce advocates.
