Baystate Fitness is now in it's 10th season of Youth Sports Performance Training and we have trained over 100 local athletes between grades 4-12! Our athletes' parents have said they can see the results in their children's athletic performance since training at Baystate, and their kids LOVE working with our NASM certified trainers. Each season we introduce a new trainer and introduce new movements to continuously challenge our athletes and keep every session FUN! Our highly certified trainers teach proper form and technique with an emphasis on quality over quantity. Our programming provides our athletes with training techniques they can continue to use as they grow and compete in their respective sports.
