The Gateway Academy For nearly two decades Gateway Academy has been a leading private nonprofit school located in Houston for students with social and learning differences in grades 612. We specialize in serving learners with a wide range of special needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder ADHD anxiety and learning disabilities such as dyslexia dyscalculia and dysgraphia. At Gateway we prefer to use umbrella terms like social and learning differences because our students represent a range of strengths and challengesnot just a diagnosis. This intentional approach fosters a community where neurodiverse learners support one another grow together and gain the skills to succeed in the real world.
