We help fund game-changing cancer research & all-star scientists through world class signature events for The V Foundation. Our vision? Unique experiences that accelerate Victory Over Cancer®. THE MISSION OF THE CRUSH FOUNDATION IS TO SUPPORT THE V FOUNDATION THROUGH FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES. THE V FOUNDATION IS A CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO SAVING LIVES BY HELPING TO FIND A CURE FOR CANCER. THE FOUNDATION SEEKS TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE BY GENERATING BROAD-BASED SUPPORT FOR CANCER RESEARCH BY CREATING AN URGENT AWARENESS AMONG ALL AMERICANS OF THE IMPORTANCE OF THE WAR AGAINST CANCER. THE FOUNDATION PERFORMS THESE DUAL ROLES THROUGH ADVOCACY, EDUCATION, FUNDRAISING AND PHILANTHROPY.

Our Story The V Foundation for Cancer Research was founded in 1993 by ESPN and the late Jim Valvano legendary North Carolina State University basketball coach ESPN commentator and member of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. The V Foundation has funded nearly 400 million in gamechanging cancer research grants in North America through a competitive process strictly supervised by a worldclass Scientific Advisory Committee. Because the V Foundation has an endowment to cover administrative expenses 100 of direct donations is awarded to cancer research and programs.
