So Am I-Worthy Incs mission is to inspire, empower and provide more music opportunities for women singer-songwriters, especially women from all minority groups. We are not just about the music but about purpose, about changing norms and doing it confidently. Our programs are tailored to alleviate the stressors (financial hardship, lack of community, lack of resources, low self-esteem & low confidence) women face in the music industry. We include, not exclude. We pride ourselves on collaboration, teamwork, diligence as well as mental and physical wellness. We instill confidence, power, hope and resilience in women in music of racial/ethnic backgrounds so that they understand the phrase "So Am I-Worthy" and in turn can convey to other women "So Are You-Worthy".
