End of Life Choices California
Advocating for fully informed end of life decision-making for all Californians. End of Life Choices California provides information and personal support regarding California’s End of Life Option Act and all other legal end-of-life options to the medical community, hospices, and to the public. EOLCCA trains Client Advocate Volunteers who serve as advocates for individuals who are seriously or terminally ill, or help those seeking guidance on preparing an Advance Health Directive, or how to talk with their family or physicians about their end of life wishes. Our non-judgemental volunteers give their time free-of-charge to people who are facing end-of-life planning and decision-making. Our goal is to help facilitate choices that reflect the wishes and values of the person and then to support their choice.
