Our Focus Caring Connections for Diabetes Mental Health is a nonprofit organization located in Los Angeles. Our focus is to raise awareness about the mental health issues that diabetes can cause such as depression and anxiety and the heart problems that relate to high blood pressure from diabetes. We believe that educating people about these issues is vital to helping those affected by diabetes and improving their quality of life.
