The MISSION of The New Foundation is "to help children and families attain healing through recovery and growth by identifying strengths and building new foundations." As an Arizona non-profit 501(c)3 organization, our mission encompasses not only our commitment to the children we serve, but also the families (both biological and foster) who are a crucial component in the lives of our youth – and the community that is our home and the home of these youth. Our comprehensive approach to the whole family, including their unique interests, perspectives, and cultural practices, is vital to the long-term emotional health and well-being of the children in our programs. We are here to help families build bridges of understanding, set the framework for stronger relationships, and establish new foundations of hope and opportunity that will carry the children we serve, and their families, forward to healthy, happy futures that will support the growth and stability of our community.
