If you are interested in scheduling an appointment please give us a call. The staff members at Capital Counseling are entirely dedicated to helping people of all ages across the Greater Capital Region to find greater happiness and fulfillment in both their personal and professional lives. Through experienced and compassionate counseling education and supportive group sessions we can help you to explore and better manage your feelings and actions help you to deal with specific problems cope with a crisis improve your relationships wellness diet and nutrition and develop better ways of living.
