Woman's Foundation, Inc.
Acadiana's leading center of health & wellness education by providing quality learning opportunities and programs to women, youth, and healthcare providers. The Woman's Foundation, Inc. collaborates with community leaders and organizations to seek avenues for maintaining a well-informed and educated community, including physicians, professionals and the general public. The following series of activities and services allow WFI to achieve and fulfill this purpose: Continuing Medical Education, Public Education Programs, and a Nursing Scholarship Program. In further support of this mission, a regional grants program was established in 1988.
