TO OPERATE A RESIDENCE FOR HOMELESS AND DISPLACED PERSONS AND A CLOTHING BANK IN BROOKLYN, NEW YORK. IN AUGUST 2014, THE ORGANIZATION STARTED A NEW HOMELESS SHELTER SERVICE UTILIZING THE BUILDING IN BROOKLYN, NEW YORK. DURING DECEMBER 2015, THIS BUILDING WAS SOLD AND THE PROCEEDS WERE USED TO PAY DOWN LIABILITIES OF THE ORGANIZATION. THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUED TO USE THE BROOKLYN BUILDING UNTIL MARCH 2016, AT WHICH TIME THIS PROGRAM ENDED. THE ORGANIZATION IS NOW DORMANT.
